What You'll Do
- โReview landing pages and Shopify builds for accuracy against Figma designs
- โCheck A/B test implementations (Convert.com, Intelligems) are set up correctly
- โTest across devices and browsers โ mobile-first, always
- โVerify page speed, functionality, links, forms, tracking, and checkout flows
Day to Day
- โDocument issues clearly with screenshots and screen recordings (Loom)
- โWork with developers to get issues resolved before deadlines
- โFlag recurring issues and help create checklists to prevent repeat problems
- โMaintain QA documentation and standard operating procedures
- โLearn from our Senior QA Specialist and grow into a more senior role over time

What We're Looking For
1-2 Years QA Experience
Ideally in an agency or e-commerce environment
Shopify Familiarity
Understanding themes, checkout, basic Liquid is a plus
Cross-Device Testing
Experience testing across devices, browsers, and screen sizes
Eagle-Eye Attention to Detail
You spot what others miss โ every time
Clear Communication
You can explain issues without confusion
Tool Proficiency
Comfortable with Loom, Slack, ClickUp, and Figma
A/B Testing Basics
